KSIN’S QB Draft Rankings 1.0
Our Rankings are based on film. Not combine results. The Scouting Combine or Pro Day for our ranking system can only be used to help you, it cannot hurt you in any way. We also base this off of what we think their future NFL career will be not what they have done at the previous level. For our “Best Fit” we don't take into account draft positioning.
100 is a Perfect Prospect
99-85 Elite
84-75 Starter
74-50 Depth
49-0 Project
1A Shedeur Sanders 83 - Great footwork, Great job reading a defense, great job delivering ball into tight windows and nothing but amazing accuracy the whole season. Only knock on him would be he doesn't use his athleticism as well as he should. He has shown that he also has thick skin with all the media hate he gets for no reason which is a great trait that you want in your franchise QB. Besides that you're looking at a future Pro Bowl level QB. Best Fits (Giants,Raiders,Steelers)
1B Cam Ward 83 - The QB of the class that has proved the most. Him and Shedeur Sanders both came from FCS schools to lead Power 5 schools to bowl games. He throws a great ball and shows great poise in the pocket and good athleticism when he needs to leave the pocket with very Quick Releases. Best Fits (Browns,Jets,Rams)
Quinn Ewers 80 - The most overlooked QB in the class. A former big time recruit who transferred to Texas from Ohio State has all the tools you are looking for in a starting QB. Good arm, Leader and mobile. The problem for him was that his season was a struggle for him battling injuries all year. Which I thought would have him transfer and go all in next season to improve his draft stock. The fact that he kept his job and that did not give it to Arch Manning when he got hurt is all you need to know about his leadership skills. He does struggle sometimes making the best decisions with also facing a few injuries (Colts,Titans,Steelers)
Jalen Millroe 77 - Has shown flashes of greatness this season with his great performances especially against Georgia in their shootout last season he struggles at reading defenses and making but that can be taught. He is also the most athletic QB in the class with a great level of competition (Panthers,Saints,Titans)
Kyle McCord 74 - Most underrated throwing QB in this whole draft I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the league 10 plus years from now. He was great at Ohio State and Syracuse so I don't understand why people are so low on him (Lions,Browns,Saints)
